Returns
Except for merchandise that is listed on our website as a "special order," merchandise purchased on amykaryn.com may be returned to AmyKaryn for store credit (credit for future purchases from AmyKaryn) within 30 days of receipt of merchandise by you, but only if accompanied by an original receipt and if each returned item is in its original condition and original packaging. Merchandise that is listed on our website as a "special order" cannot be returned except for certain damaged merchandise (see below). Refunds are not issued except in the case of merchandise that arrives damaged and that we are unable to replace.
If you would like to return something, you must first contact us to obtain a Merchandise Return Authorization (MRA). You can obtain an MRA by contacting the store by phone or email. Follow the instructions for returns on the packing list included in your shipment, and return your item or items to us by UPS within 30 days of purchase. The returned item must be unused, in original condition and in original packaging. Please take special care to package returned items carefully since you are responsible for getting items to us in their original condition. If an item is damaged when received by you, please contact the store and we will arrange to have the merchandise picked up from you. Special Orders

Shipping
Except for special orders, or unless otherwise specified, AmyKaryn will use reasonable efforts to ship merchandise within three business days of purchase. Generally, we use UPS Ground as our method of shipping. If you desire to ship via UPS Air, you may so indicate in the appropriate box during checkout, in which case air shipping and handling charges will be billed to you (as a separate charge from your purchase; i.e., there will be two separate charges on your credit card, one for your purchase and another for shipping). Since we ship via UPS, we cannot ship to a PO box address.
For international shipments, any duties or customs charges will be the responsibility of the recipient.

Where is your store located?
We are located at 64 East Broad Street in Hopewell NJ 08525.
What are the Jerry Pair Locations?
The Jerry Pair locations are where you can find and purchase Amy Karyn Fabrics. The Jerry Pair showrooms offers many beautiful lines and we are proud of our association with them. If you are in Atlanta, Florida or New York please shop by the showroom to see our fabric line.
What are your store hours?
We are open Tuesday through Saturday from 10a to 6p. On Sunday from 11a to 5p, and Monday, we are available by appointment. We do not have regular business hours on Mondays.
What credit cards do you accept? Are credit card transactions secure?
Visa, MasterCard. We use a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) underneath HTTP, which provides an encrypted channel and server authentication for secure credit card transactions.
How do I buy items on the website?
To make a purchase, click on an item to see its relevant information if you have a desire to purchase the item click on the add to cart button and follow the prompts that appear for information such as quantities, billing, shipping, etc. The final page of the checkout process for making a purchase is an order review page that allows you the opportunity to review all the details of your transaction to make sure that all of the information is correct before making your purchase. After you confirm this information, your order will be placed.
When will my credit card be charged?
For regular orders, your credit card will be charged when your order ships. For "special orders," we require payment in full at the time an order is placed.
Do you send a confirmation email?
We send an email within 24 hours after you place your order, confirming that we have received your order. We also send you an email at the time that your order is shipped.
Can I purchase a gift certificate on the website?
Yes. We offer online gift certificates in denominations of $50, $100. You can purchase gift certificates in the same way as any other item on our website, and a certificate notification will be sent by regular mail to the recipient, accompanied by your gift message. These gift certificates may be redeemed online or at our store.

Do you giftwrap?
Yes, if you request gift wrapping as part of checkout. We giftwrap in our signature brown paper. As a result, we charge a fee of $5.00 per item. This charge will not be included with your online purchase total when you check out, but will appear as a separate charge on your credit card statement.
Are all of the items that you carry in the store included on the website?
Many items that we carry in the store are not included on the website. Many of our products from other vendors i.e. furniture, lighting are too numerous and allow so many choices of shapes, patterns and finishes that we could not possibly include all of them on our website. We carry a very broad selection of products in addition, both finished goods that are ready to take home and items that we produce by custom order, including our own line and those of many other manufacturers. These items, at least for now, are not included on our website.
What about canceling an order that I have placed?
